Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Wellness Rebirth we understand that plans can change. We want to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling: 1. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event without incurring any cancellation fees. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are welcome to request a rescheduling of their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event may not be accommodated. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at 484-767-1178 during our business hours. 4. Refund Policy: Day Tours, Wellness Programs, and Private Sessions: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Private & Group Retreats: Subject to separate terms and conditions. Refunds or rescheduling may be available as outlined in your service agreement 5. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend the event without prior cancellation or rescheduling within the specified timeframe, no refund will be issued. 6. Event Changes: Wellness Rebirth reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or other factors. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 7. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable travel disruptions. In such cases, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. 8. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for an event may not be able to join the event already in progress. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for late arrivals. 9. Group Bookings: For group bookings, the cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to the entire group. Please coordinate with your group members to ensure everyone is in agreement. 10. Policy Updates: Wellness Rebirth reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation and rescheduling policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through our website or direct communication. By making a reservation with Wellness Rebirth, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
