Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event without incurring any cancellation fees. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are welcome to request a rescheduling of their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event may not be accommodated. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at 484-767-1178 during our business hours. 4. Refund Policy: Day Tours, Wellness Programs, and Private Sessions: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Private & Group Retreats: Subject to separate terms and conditions. Refunds or rescheduling may be available as outlined in your service agreement 5. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend the event without prior cancellation or rescheduling within the specified timeframe, no refund will be issued. 6. Event Changes: Wellness Rebirth reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or other factors. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 7. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for an event may not be able to join the event already in progress. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for late arrivals. 9.
