This gathering is a continuation of our healing initiative, bringing together voices and practices rooted in indigenous traditions to restore balance within ourselves and extend prayers to the Earth and her people.

• Opening Breathwork & Guided Meditation with Maharri, to ground and attune body, mind, and spirit.

• Movement Journey led by Jirod Webb, accompanied by the heartbeat rhythms of the Nyabinghi drums.
